Our Policy

MobiTX strictly adheres to both FCC and Mobile Marketing Association guidelines in regards to how we operate our website. MobiTX has a zero tolerance policy for spam, meaning that users will be assured to only receive messages that they have opted-in to. In addition, MobiTX and partners of MobiTX will not have the ability to message you without your consent.

Our Definition of Spam

We consider any unwanted SMS message as spam.

MobiTX encourages you to use our service as long as you abide by the MobiTX Terms and Conditions and MobiTX's prohibition on spamming and unethical marketing activities.
• The following are some examples of spamming that may violate the Terms and Conditions and MobiTX's Anti-Spam Policy:
• Sending promotional messages about MobiTX to group mail-ids (like Yahoo groups, Google groups etc)
• Promoting MobiTX on discussion boards, forums unrelated to MobiTX's context (the definition of MobiTX's context is at the sole discretion of MobiTX)
• Sending unsolicited messages promoting MobiTX to any person/group.
• Violations of our Terms and Conditions or this Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your MobiTX ID and/or anything associated with it, including, but not limited to your earnings and network.
